I am an engineering and product executive with more than two decades of experience leading software teams, platform transformations, and commercially important digital products. My work has covered global SaaS businesses, marketplace platforms, media and content ecosystems, cloud modernization, payments, search, and AI-enabled product development.

In leadership roles spanning engineering, product, and platform strategy, I have been responsible for portfolios generating over $100M in annual e-commerce revenue, while leading distributed teams across multiple brands and business units. I have worked across legacy monoliths, cloud-native systems, acquisition integrations, experimentation platforms, monetization systems, and customer-facing product experiences, always with a focus on aligning technical decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Today, I help organizations that need senior, pragmatic leadership without unnecessary theatre. That includes clarifying strategy, strengthening engineering execution, introducing AI and agentic ways of working, improving platform health, and helping leadership teams make better decisions about growth, complexity, and technology investment.
